When a player empire resurrects the limbo species, the best you can manage is to make a synthetic robots brain advanced enough to support the neural patterns sapience. Incidentally, the pop the fallen empire spawns for resurrecting the limbo species is organic. No memes, image macros, reaction pictures, or similar.
